Where did the ninjas come from?
In 2016, Ian started to use LinkedIn to generate leads for his coaching business and fill seminars. Word soon spread in the global franchise he was part of and other coaches asked if he would be interested in doing this for them. The results spoke for themselves and the coaches then started to refer their clients to Ian’s ninjas. During the first 2 years, the business was 100% referral based.
As Ian had coached over 200 businesses during the last 12 years, he thought it’s about time he looked in the mirror and the ninja training camp was set up, the rest is history.
